PB00

This condition is determined via access sequence from an Info Record, Contract, Schedule Agreement or Request for Quotation. During document creation the system will search for a price based on the access sequence if applicible and pull the price of PB in the purchasing document.

PBXX

If the system cannot find a price for PB00 it will propose PBXX for manual entry.

Further Remarks

Unlike condition type PB00, condition type PBXX is not time dependant. Further, PBXX is only used in Purchase Orders whereas PB00 can be found in all Purchase Documents like Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, etc.
